Firmographics/Demographics
We describe your customer base by analyzing the
percentage of customers using various firmographic (for businesses) and
demographic (for consumers) variables. The firmographic variables
include SIC, number of employees, credit score, years in business.
The demographic variables include
age, marital status, age of oldest child, homeowner/renter, household
income, etc. We provide you with graphs showing the percentage of
your customers by each variable. Below is an example.

Contact Analysis
We also
describe your customer contacts' gender, Hispanic surname (yes/no),
email provider, business title, business rank, and business department.
