Market Basket Analysis
Market Basket Analysis (MBA) shows what products are purchased together.
With Total Customer Analytics, you get two forms of Market Basket Analysis:
Market Basket Analysis - Invoice Level
Invoice level MBA displays the products purchased together at
the same time. Your order takers, website, and promotions can suggest additional
products to cross-sell at order time. You can also examine the
Decile Analysis to see the number of items purchased per invoice to
estimate the increased revenue available through a cross-selling
program.
Market Basket Analysis - Customer Level
Customer level MBA looks over time to see what products
customers purchase over time. These are cross-sell or upsell products
to recommend to customers who have purchased the first product.
The graph below is an example of products purchased by the same
customers over time.
